The Light of Love

With Valentine's Day around the corner, I asked my guides to share some of their wisdom on Love with us.

Here is my valentine to you...Aloha.

The Light of Love

Dear Ones,

We are speaking to you today to share with you the concept of Love. It is quite a misused and misunderstood word in the English language today. We hope to clarify and give you it's true meaning. It's true essence.

The Light of Love is the Divine Spark of God within each of your hearts. Every single human being has this Spark of God within them. No one is without it, for they would not be able to survive. You think it is the heart and the brain that keep you alive, which is true to an extent, however, it is this Divine Spark that keeps the heart and brain alive. So there you have it. If you are living, you have the Light of Love within you.

The Light of Love is your connection to the Divine, to God, to the Universe, to your Cosmic Parent, as well as to your own Soul Self. This Light will never fail you. If you keep it unburied, shiny and sparkly, that is, you you stay in touch with it, nurture it and heed it's guidance and wisdom, you will always be on the right path and your life will be easier and full of grace.

There are many ways you can stay in touch with your Light of Love. Meditation, being what you call “in the flow” with your work or hobby or activity, and prayer when it moves into the meditative state. Some also experience this through physical activity, as “the runners high” or physically becoming “at one” with a physical activity. Some people can move into this place by simply staring at the flame of a white candle and quieting their mind. Whatever works for you, it would be wise to practice this every day, once or twice, so as to strengthen this connection. And if you do, you will be rewarded many times over the little effort you put into it.

For, you see, this is your power source. This is your navigation device. This is the “manual” on how to live your life. This is your connection to your true self and your true God and true family. This is the Light of Love.

Many of you are looking for true love and this becomes the topic of discussion at this time of year in your world, with Valentine's Day around the corner. However, what you are truly looking for is this lost connection. Instead of running about shopping for the perfect gift and card and date, spread a lovely blanket and pillow on the floor with peaceful music and light a candle. Make a date with your soul. Invite your loved ones if you like, to share this Divine Love with them. I encourage each of you to refocus your attention on theTrue Love that you are seeking and go inside to find it. Once you develop a relationship with your own Light of Love, you will notice your cravings for earthly human love will diminish. Crave no more. Your fulfillment of Love is within.
